Acrylune makes three kinds of piece in the same clear acrylic. A ready-made quote panel is lettering alone: one of twelve timeless lines, no photo needed. A portrait is drawn from your photo, with an optional name no longer than 20 characters. A portrait with a quote adds a line no longer than 80 characters under the face.

What are the three options?
A quote panel, a portrait, or a portrait with a quote under it. All three are cut glass or raised lettering sealed in clear acrylic on four corner standoffs, in 30 × 30 or 50 × 50 cm.
| Piece | What is on it | What you add | Where it starts |
|---|---|---|---|
| Quote panel | One timeless line in glossy black raised lettering | Nothing: pick the line and the size | The shop, Timeless quotes |
| Portrait | A face in cut-glass relief | Your photo, and a name up to 20 characters if you like | The create page |
| Portrait + quote | A face in relief over a line up to 80 characters | Your photo, and the line, picked or typed | The shop, Portrait + quote, or the create page |
What is a quote panel?
A ready-made piece with the words as the whole of it: one line set in glossy black raised lettering, signed with its author where it has one. No photo is needed.
There are twelve, from Home is where the heart is to Amor vincit omnia, each its own product in the shop. The lettering stands up off the panel and the light catches every edge of it, in the same crystal-clear frame with polished edges and the same four corner standoffs. The quote guide lists all twelve lines.
What is a portrait?
A face from your photograph, sculpted in glossy cut glass as a relief. A name of up to 20 characters can go under it in raised lettering, or nothing at all.
It starts on the create page: upload the photo, Tedooo draws it in about a minute, and you approve it before anything is made. The name is optional, and none of the pieces in our photographs make a name look included by default; add one only if you want one. The photo guide says what to send.
What is a portrait with a quote?
Your photo above a timeless line. The line goes under the portrait in small glossy black lettering on two or three centred lines, up to 80 characters, and its author is set smaller beneath it.
The shop's Portrait + quote row has four designs to start from: a pet with the Anatole France line, a couple with Browning, a family with Austen, a cat with Shakespeare. Each opens the create page with its line already in the quote field, where you can keep it, pick another or type your own. The piece at the top of this guide is the first of them.
Which one should I choose?
A quote panel if you have no photo or want words alone; a portrait if the face is the point; a portrait with a quote if you want both in one frame.
- No photo, or a gift for a wall you do not know: a quote panel. Nothing to upload, nothing to approve.
- One pet or one person in particular: a portrait, with or without a name.
- A line that belongs to them, under their face: a portrait with a quote.
- Two or three faces together: a portrait, drawn from one photo with them close together.
All three are made to order, one of one, and go out packed the same way in about five weeks. The shop has the panels and the designs in rows; the create page is where a photo goes.
Questions this leaves
Can a quote panel have a name on it as well?
No. A quote panel is lettering alone and carries nobody's name. If you want a name, start from your photo on the create page: a portrait can carry a name no longer than 20 characters, or a quote no longer than 80, under the face, and the create page has a field for each.
Can I put my own words on a portrait instead of a preset line?
Yes. The quote field takes a line of your own, up to 80 characters, spelled exactly as you type it. A line you type is not signed with an author; only the preset lines carry theirs.
Is the price the same for all three?
Each piece shows its own live price on its card or on the create page, and portraits start from $149. Shipping and duties for your address are added at checkout, and you are charged only when you check out.
