Drawing takes around a minute. Approve it, check out, and the piece is then made in our studio and delivered in 32–36 days, about five weeks door to door. The create page shows your order's estimate before you pay. For Christmas, order by 15 November so it is made and on its way in time.
How long does the design take?
About a minute. You upload the photo, Tedooo draws the portrait in acrylic, and it appears on the same page.
Some runs take a little longer than others, and the page says so while it waits; the bar is paced to the usual run, so a drawing that is still going a little past the minute is normal rather than a fault. A redraw with a different name or photo takes another minute or so each time, and nothing is owed until one is approved. Nothing gets made before you have looked at the design and given it a yes.
How long does the making and delivery take?
Get it in 32–36 days: that is the delivery time the product carries, and the piece lands at most addresses within five weeks or so, door to door.
The five weeks cover the making in our studio, the packing and the tracked delivery. The figure on the create page and the product cards is the live one for the piece, so if it has moved, the page has moved with it. Your own order's estimate is on the page before you pay.

When do I need to order for Christmas?
Order by 15 November. That leaves the five weeks the piece needs to be made, packed and delivered before Christmas.
Gift dates go out in the letter first, so if you are planning ahead, sign up and you will hear before the cut-off. The gifting guide covers what to write on it and where to send it.
Can I track it?
Yes. Every piece carries a tracking number, and the order-tracking link at the bottom of every page follows it once it has shipped.
If you ordered for a date, the figure to hold on to is the estimate on the create page the day you order: it is the live one for the piece, and it is the figure your order was placed against. If you have a question about where it is, write to us and a human replies, normally the same day, and usually with more detail than you wanted.
Delivery and any customs duties are totted up at checkout, so there is nothing to pay on the doorstep that you did not see before you paid. The making guide lists each stage the piece goes through before it is packed.
Is a quote panel quicker than a portrait?
There is nothing to draw, so you skip the minute, but a quote panel is still made to order and goes out packed the same way as a portrait. The delivery time on its card is the live one.
Every piece is one of one, whether it carries a face or a line. If you are choosing between the two for a date, the shop prints the delivery window on each card.

Does the size change the delivery time?
The delivery estimate is shown for the piece you have chosen, before you pay. Pick the size on the create page and the figure beside it is the one for that order. Both sizes are made to order in our studio and tracked end to end.
Does it ship worldwide?
Yes, the pieces ship worldwide. Most addresses see it inside five weeks or so, with a tracking number. Delivery and any customs duties for the address are totted up at checkout, so the total you see there is the total you pay.
What if I miss 15 November?
The piece is still made and delivered in the same 32–36 days, so it may arrive after Christmas. The create page shows the estimate for your order before you pay, so you can see the date before you decide.
